After obtaining his Bac STI in Applied Arts and his BTS - Brevet de Technicien Supérieur - in Product Design, he entered Ecole Supérieure d'Art et de Design in Saint Etienne, France. During his studies, he participated in a workshop in London conducted by Ron Arad and worked in collaboration with Matali Crasset for the International Design biennial of Saint Etienne in 2006. He was a finalist in 2007 for the 'Petit Poucet tendance et culture' contest before obtaining his DNAP with honnors. After working for 3 months in an architecture agency, PVA Cholet, as a designer, he left to study at RISD in the United States for a year. There, he focused on working with metal welding and high performance structures. In June 2009, after conducting a year of research in materials and structures, including their tensions and their fragilities, he obtained his DNSEP - Master thesis in Art and Design - in St Etienne Art School.
In September of the same year, he founded the brand USIN-e , along with Rémi Bouhaniche to develop collaborative projects which reflects their ambition of proposing a vision with a strong commitment such as Pleats, Prelude, Triomphe or PAPA Collections. Since January 2010, Amaury frequently works as professor with the students of 'Insitut Paul Bocuse' to help them setting up innovative restaurants. Residents and supported by 'Village des Createurs' - Lyon from June 2010 until February 2011.
From April 2011 until March 2012, Amaury is at FABRICA , research and communication center of United Colors of Benetton group in Italy, under the creative direction of Sam Baron . There he worked, while continuing his projects in France, on collective and individual projects.
Since May 2012, he installed his Studio in Lyon, design furnitures, objects and interior Design - works on communication strategies and creative concepts for companies.
